2000 - 2003 - The Future of Entertainment (FOE)
The Future of Entertainment (FOE) seminars have been developed for musicians, filmmakers and other entertainment professionals who want to understand changes that will sweep through entertainment during the next decade, and apply them to their own careers.
FOE consists of a series of seminars and publications which use generational
marketing to predict the direction entertainment will take as the new,
"Millennial" generation (born after 1982) replaces Gen-X as the
primary "culture creators" in our society. FOE has been developed by
Dr. Pete Markiewicz, Indiespace
co-founder and an expert on generational theory and marketing, and Jeannie
Novak, CEO/founder of Indiespace. Our
work uses many concepts first developed by William Strauss & Neil Howe, and
we've recently formed an association with LifeCourse
Associates to further this connection.
